Exclusions apply: The prices above cover the majority of the UK, however, if you live in the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or another area determined (by our couriers) to be a non-standard price zone, then different prices and services will be shown at the checkout. If you live in one of these areas and the system allows you to purchase next-day shipping, we reserve the right to cancel this service and to refund you any extra paid. In this situation we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options and prices. Royal Mail Tracked 24 vs 48
Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 the next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 within two to three working days after accepting your parcel. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed services.
Cancelling / Returning Your Order
If you contact us before your order is picked and packed, we should be able to cancel and refund the full order. Once your order has been dispatched, you can return any unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns, so return postage will be at your expense and cannot be reimbursed. For full details, please refer to our returns policy here.
